Gpu vram related issues

Hello, so i've purchased Gigabyte gtx 1660 ti oc 2 months ago {used} and so it looks like i got scammed with it.

Games like minecraft, ark, apex, mordhau, and Forza horizon 5 crash all of them give me a crash message related to d3d or directx and most give me a weird texture ingame.

i have tried using DDU, cleaning it, reinstalling it multiple times, underclocking, trying it in a different pc, changing the thermal paste although all of these methods gave me no results.

Specs:I5-10400f 16gb ram msi b560m pro-a psu CX-550f RGB and the gpu Gigabyte gtx 1660 ti OC 

Windows 64bit

bios version 2.70

But weirdly one time it worked fine without any problems
