It's my first time building a gaming computer that im also would like to use for future work stuffs, and here's what I've come up with so far:

1. Budget & Location

Case : Cooler Master HAF XM

Motherboard: MB ASUS SABERTOOTH Z87

CPU: Intel i7-4771

Graphics: EVGA Nvidia GeForfe GTX 760

Heatsink: Cooler Master Water Cooler Seidon 240M

PSU: Corsair 750w RM750

RAM: 2x4gb corsair vengeance (planing to update later)

HDD: WD Black 1TB

I live on Brazil and about the budget, the taxes here are really high for eletronics, so anything arround the price of what i have chosen so far should be ok

2. Aim

Now I will be using mostly for gaming but when i finsh college i will be using for programing too.

3. Monitors

I'm planing to use 2 monitors at the begning. dont know about the resolusion, I'm really a noob at this right now  :( , any advices are welcome.

4. Peripherals

I already have the peripherals(keyboards and mice), still looking for monitors.

5. Why are you upgrading?

right now I only have a notebook that is not ideal.

English is not my mother language so I'm apologizing for any gramar mistakes.

I know that I don't need such a powerfull PSU but thinking in futher upgrades I thought that this one would be ok.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Enjoy your stay. :)

What willl be using the PC for? What is your budget? What is your location? Do you need an OS, a keyboard, a mice, a monitor or anything else included in the budget?

I'm looking for advice for optimizations, and confirmation that this will actually work (not sure if the water cooler will fit in this case or not).  Feel free to tell me my choices are awful, I've never done this before, but eh, everyone starts somewhere.   :)

EDIT:  Also I want to use water cooling in the future but not sure if everythig will fit, but this case come with a lote of room for 200mm fans.

EDIT2: English is not my mother language so I'm apologizing for any gramar mistakes.

EDIT3: I know that I don't need such a powerfull PSU but thinking in futher upgrades I thought that this one would be ok.

That cooler will fit the case. Its only a 120mm radiation which is pretty standard for rear fans, and I think the PSU is just fine, especially if you want to add SLi in the future. Everything looks good IMO.

Gaming/Editing PC: AMD FX-8350 | CM Seidon 120V Liquid Cooler | Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard | G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600| Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 2GB WINDFORCE | PNY XLR8 240GB SSD | Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD | Corsair 600W ATX Semi-Modular PSU | Thermaltake Chaser A71 | LG 25UM64-S 25.0" 2560 x 1080 Display | CM Storm Devastator Gaming Keyboard & Mouse

The psu is overkill even if you plan to sli. A decent 650w is plenty for sli and 500w is enough if you're not.

There's no point getting a z87 board if you're not planning to oc.

You'd want a k series cpu which is unlocked for oc'ing.

It should be fine.

So wich one would be better:

i7-3770k

or

i7-4820k?

Or there are a better option?

The 4820k is better but they're both older architectures. A 4670k would be more appropriate for gaming.

A 4670k would also be better them a 4770k?

No, the 4770k is better--little to no difference for gaming though.
