Cursor always loading on Win11

It has been some time when this problem first started so I can’t remember how the problem occurred. But now as soon as I booted my PC the cursor will show loading icon.

I tried some things recommended in some standard websites like Microsoft but none worked.

Anyone have any idea on what to do?
