Low Profile ATX Case

Ok people, I have an awesome challenge.

 

I need a PC case that will fit...

 

- A full sized ATX motherboard

- An SFX PSU

- No side panel (Metal only, no acrylic or glass)

- Black

 

And it must be low profile, the thinner the better. Ideally it could look like the Thermaltake Versa H24 but with an SFX PSU width. I don't necessarily need it to fit a GPU.

 

NOTE: It cannot have an ATX PSU space and an adapter on the PSU, it must fit an SFX as standard. Meaning that the case shouldn't be much wider than the PSU.

the charcoal black meshroom S ticks all those boxes- it fits ATX mobos, an SFX PSU (and it also fits ATX if you remove part of the case- it isn’t an adapter, it’s part of the case that’s attached with some screws- and it is capable of taking both low profile and full height PCIe cards such as GPUs. The panel is technically metal, since it’s rigid metal mesh. However, it’s a sandwich case, so it’s somewhat fat and may not work great for you, it just fits in on a technicality.

 

The Lian Li PC-O7S would check your boxes if it had a metal top panel but it’s glass.

Wasn't quite what I had in mind. I don't mind if it is the same dimensions as a H24, just as long as it is thin. Pretty much as basic as possible and cheap, but thin. The Lian Li PC-O7S is good, but too fancy in the design, and the glass.

So, probably the closest you're gonna get with ATX is something like this:

If you could get an mATX motherboard, there are dozens of very reasonably priced options that a much slimmer.

 

But ATX + SFX PSU is not a common pairing, and you're gonna be limited AF.

I don't need to put in any cards, but I only need it to be SFX wide. I don't necessarily need to put in an SFX PSU, but something around that width. Just as thin as possible. Like an HTPC but stand up
