Face ID not that great?

I recently (yesterday) had an outbreak of pimples on my face because of an infection (very mild) and the Face ID on my iPhone 12 Pro is failing to recognise me. How is that even possible it's extremely minor and not much has changed on my face at all? Honestly not expected something like this from Apple. Yes it detects my face with sunglasses but not with minor red spots on my face? Thought you could maybe look into it!

Sry if this isnt to help but Face ID isnt good if u have a sickness or in pademic and is very trash at it same what u said that isnt rare my friends had that problem to. He restarted the devise and it did work again (what he said idk if its work) Im android user so i dont have that problem lol but gl
