Is there memory erasure technology?

I have bad memories from school and various traumatic experiences. Is the current technology able to erase unpleasant specific memories from the head or does it take many years for the technology to develop to this level or can it be erased but you have to choose that it's either all or nothing?

Unfortunately, no. It's basically all or nothing for memory erasure. Or at least, for anything consumer facing.

 

There are some things that can be done to basically forget things... Simply by not thinking of them (kind of like trying to solve a Calculus problem a year after you left school, who even remembers how to do that), but that's easier said than done for traumas.
