Roccat Vulcan TKL Switch compability?

Hi,

 

I just bought a used Vulcan TKL and want top make some improvements to it.

 

It hast not arrived yet, and I really have not thought about it at the time I was buying it, but can I replace the switches for something else like the mx cherry red low profile or anything more quiet? 

 

I was searching through YouTube but nobody actually changed the switches.

 

I want to use this keyboard for work and I don't want to be the annoying guy with the insane loud keyboard, so any recommendations would be really helpful.

If theyre the optical version, youre fucked. If you are getting the mechanical one, there are reports of people getting it to work as theyre cherry-compliant, but YMMV on it.

Lucky me it has the mechanical switches. So the only question left is the formfactor. Are the original switches low profile or normal mx switches?

You cant use low profile on a 15x15mm cherry plate, theyre smaller at 14x14mm. So yeah, normal cherry switches wins out by default.

Thanks for helping me out. It´s really hard to look for this things, if you have no clue about it
