Motherboard : ASRock B550M Phantom Gaming 4

CPU : 5600X
Ram : Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB 3600mhz

 

Placed the ram in A2 B2 and overclocked to 3600mhz, works for a few a weeks but after that pc doesn't  post and usb no power.. reset bios and placed ram back to A2 B2 still no post and usb no power, tried to placed ram at other slots : 
SINGLE RAM : B1, B2 doesn't work

                          A1, A2 works
BOTH RAM : A2 B2 doesn't work 
                      B1 B2 doesn't work

                       A1 B1 doesn't works
                      A1 A2 works
  Tried with different ram and its still the same, could this be mobo memory controller faulty ?

Memory controller is on the CPU, not the motherboard. If you have an aftermarket cooler, try removing it and see if that makes any difference. Otherwise, its either your CPU or your motherboard.
