for War thunder i can tell you that it will run really well in 1080p with the parts you picked. If you are playing at 1440p id dont really know but if you are conservative with your settings it should be fine as well

You dont need much to cool a Ryzen 5000 series, only 5800X3D and Ryzen 9 lineup you have to concern yourself on. Id even say to skip that cooler altogether and get yourself a TB nvme DRAM'd TLC SSD like aformentioned 970 EVO.

It's ok for the budget except the overkill/overpriced AIO, you could use a $40 TR PE 120 and put $120 more in the GPU
