Startup apps not starting up

Hey everyone! I have a Razer keyboard and I'm using the Bitwarden password manager. I have it set in the apps to start with windows and it says that they are enabled in task manager. But when I sign in, they don't start up and task manager says they are disabled. What's wrong?

I probably forgot about this comment so quote me if you need a response.
