A problem with my Omen

Hello, I have a small problem, I have an hp omen 15 with an rtx 2070 max-Q, and an i7-9750H, the problem I have is that despite the fact that I changed the paste on the processor and cleaned it I still have 90-95 degrees Celius continuously. Do you have any idea why? Or what could I do to lower my temperature?

First I would probably look at reviews if your specific model of laptop to get a baseline of what temps you can expect and go from there. Some laptops are just designed to run hot so no matter what you do you can't really fix it unless you somehow were able to install a better cooling system which would be way to complicated.
