Benchmarking 2nd hand PC

Hello peeps. 

Easter is coming  up and I've decided to surprise my little cousins with a gaming rig. They've been behaving like never before and improved grades to near perfect. Been searching for PC's on facebook groups and other ad sites. The question is, how do I benchmark PC that I just got? There is 24 hour refund policy on the site so there's plenty of time to do most of the tests. 

Please include important programs such as MEM86 and AIDA64.

3dmark, cinebench R20 or R23. Prime95 and Furmark for stability testing.
