My pc won't start unless i remove the motherboard battery

My pc won't start unless i disconect my pc and remove the motherboard battery wait a few minutes puts the battery back and reconnect the pc. 

Any sugestion on how to fix this problem would be welcome because this situation is a pain in the ass.

Is this CMOS battery at least 5 years old? It might need to be replaced if so.

i just change the cmos battery and the problem is still there thanks for the suggestion
