Found a good deal on a Z690 mobo and monoblock (did the research on monoblock and does work with that mobo) paired with i5 13600k, 990 m.2 nvme and reuse my DDR4 memory.

what are you going to be doing on this? gaming? workstation stuff? genral pc? in all the above cases you are wasting your money. CPUs in the i5 range can be cooled by low end duel tower coolers or high end single tower ones and 14 cores is wasteful for general prepose and if you are gaming then just get a i5 12600k which will run you 100 USD less and will work out of the box with this motherboard (for i5 13600k you will need a 7xx series chipset to run out of the box) and for workstation stuff, you will be better off saving your money by getting a i5 13500 which is just clocked slightly lower. also if you dont plan to overclock then get a b660/ h670/ b760/ h770. seriously, they are not as big of a down grade as you think, the h series is literally the z series without overclocking support.

about your SSD, just get a 980 pro or a P5 plus which are only slightly slower(and have same endurance ratings too) because the 990 pro had a firmware issue which I'm not sure is resolved yet.
