My Pc shuts down/ crashes

Hi,

i have a rx 570 with 8gb and when im in idle it is on 50-60 degrees and when im gaming its like 80-90. When i try to stream my game in discord my pc crashes or when i play games in vr ( cant even be in the game for 5 min cause of the crash ) or games that are for better PCs ( ex. Warzone). I think my PC crashes because of my GPU when its too hot and i think its getting so hot and crashes because maybe my cpu and all other components are too old for this GPU and my GPU has to work more then the other components. Maybe someone can help me. Sry for my bad english 🙂
