Why my monitor does not shut off completely dark when entering sleep mode?

Why my monitor does not shut off completely dark when entering sleep mode?

It will show a black background with a high luminosity instead of just turning off deep black.

I set 10minutes for monitor to shut off and never for the computer in the power management of win10

Sometimes it will go completely dark in sleep mode but most of the time it doesnt and it's just a highly luminous black screen.

Screenshot is french but it just says 10 minutes turn off screen and never sleep the computer.

monitors usually have a few minute delay after the signal turns off before it shuts off the screen.

Varies display to display, have you waited 30 minutes to see if it shuts off.
