I have a i7 3930k and my temps at idle are 60-62 Celsius. When playing battlefield about 64 celsius. Is this normal?

If true, the difference between idle and load is very strange. There should be a bigger gap.

As far as max temps go, 64 C is not bad for that CPU, although a good general rule is to try to keep it under 60, but for a 3930k 64 isn't bad.

I don't play fiddles much, but I think that's a bit more than what the CPU can handle. I think you should get a better cooler personally, but it could also be the PSU if it's the same one in your sig.

That seems quite high to me for idle temps. Take your CPU cooler off and reseat it. Are you using thermal paste between he CPU and CPU cooler?

I would really invest in a better CPU cooler. Noctua or Corsair are great places to start.
