Should I sacrifice airflow for 2 5,25 bay?

Techdragon2

As the title suggests,I am very clueless. I have an old DVD burner that I want to use (we have quite a lot of DVDs at home). But should I go with more airflow or a case with a 5,25 bay (front has 2 mesh lines). Both are same price, but the one with more airflow (full mesh front) comes with 3 instead of 2. The system itself isnt that powerfull. What should I

if you only need one go with more airflow, otherwise go for the 2 bays

An external USB DVD burner costs like $20, there's no reason to keep those old heavy bays and get bad airflow old design cases
