Aio cooler noise

How do I fix this noise I think it comes from cooler it only happens when I play a game

if its the higher pitched sound then its GPU coil whine.  Coil whine is simply the vibration of the coil in an inductor as the power passes through. It will happen when you play a game because it sends power through the inductors and capacitors on the GPU, when you stop playing it doesnt need that much power.
Coil whine is in no way harmful for your card, and does not affect performance or longevity.  Hope this helped
