I noticed my PC is hitting about 40C or 104F.  Seems REALLY high for what I have.  Any ideas for better cooling would be appreciated.  Trying to stay away from Large Liquid Coolers.  Also any idea how to change the Gigabyte Control Center Program to Fahrenheit or a different Control Center to use?

Either get an NH-D15 or some sort of AIO. My testing between an NH-D15 and the EKWB 280mm AIO were basically the same results on my 7950x3D, but at least for the 3D CPUs, the likely lower operating temperature of the fluid in the loop versus a heat pipe allowed for the same boost at lower maximum temperatures. For a 13900ks, I'd either go big, like an NH-D15, or just go an AIO.

Reality is AIOs have better performance overall, air coolers can just bat higher than their price point and don't dry out/fail over time. AIOs just take longer to heat soak but eventually get to about the same performance of an equivalent tower cooler. Note that both the NH-D15 and EKWB 280mm have dual 140mm fans and overall about the same surface area because of it.

Any aircooler would be a sidegrade here, and Y60 airflow is specifically made for AIOs. Stick to this one honestly, but if you do concern yourself with reliability, certain 360EX models have a weak tubing and too tight of a fitting that causes the hose to shear off and piss coolant all over. Make sure that your model isnt one of those that have the issue, but to be fair that was a bit ago, like in 2019. If youre looking for an AIO upgrade, look for LT720 also by Deepcool, or Freezer 2 360 by Arctic.
