best i could do-

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3yGDY9

look, i upgraded the build but i have no idea what good keyboard and mouse recommendations are.

what i upgraded-

The CPU, to a i5 12600k which is a better rounded CPU but slightly worse at gaming tho u wont feel the difference at 1440p or even 4K (which my list can do)

the cooler it is quieter while still being able to handle CPUs like the i7 12700k

the storage, u don't know how much you are hurting your systems performance with that DRAM less SSD, so i upgraded it to a P5 Plus

The GPU to a 6900XT from a 6800XT. pretty self explanatory?

The power supply, it would be nice to go to sleep knowing your power supply wont blow up(thats exaggeration but u get the point).

i also upgraded the fans to 6 Noctua like fans from ZERO fans

that's why i recommended waiting for the new gen of mid range GPUs(AV1 is worlds better than NVENC and any other H265/H264 encoder) and the 3080 that you found is so cheap because its EVGA!!! they dont offer warranties now even to first hand buyers so that's why its cheap
