Swapped cases, get 00 Q CODE

I decided to change my case. Installed everything, all lights turn on except I don’t get any display on my monitor. Before that, everything worked great.

 

CPU: i9-13900KF

MOBO: Z690 Maximus Hero (BIOS UPDATED)

GPU: 4080 ROG

PSU: Rog THOR 850w

 

On my mobo, the code 00 is being displayed. I tried absolutely everything including reseating ram, gpu, cmos battery..

I checked for bented pins - there arent any.

00 is generally board initialization. It can be anything from the PSU has a connection issue with the 8 pin EPS to the chipset is dead. I'm gonna assume since you just finished redoing the case it's probably the 8 pin isn't fully seated, though since this is a Hero I would double check to make sure that a capacitor didn't die in the memory section near the POST code (look up Z690 Hero blown capacitor if you want to see which one, ASUS had some QC issues on that board in the first batch or two).
