Could you put a Micro-ATX motherboard inside the Corsair Carbide 300r

I am planing to upgrade my pc to a Corsair Carbide 300r, but i am just worried about would my motherboard compatible with this case. My motherboard is 

GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3. Thank you. :)

Yes, it will fit, the 300r is ATX, and has all the necessary mounting points for smaller motherboards as well. But  personally I would go with a smaller case so that there is less empty space around the motherboard, it tends to look a lot cleaner.

It fits ATX, so it will fit micro ATX as well. The mounting holes are exactly the same (missing the bottom 3 of coarse).

A smaller case also generally means less dead space and easier cooling with the same amount of fan power.
