VGA light with long boot time

Hey all, I recently installed a 4070ti during boot my PC will now pause and sit with a white VGA light on and then eventually boot any ideas what would be causing this?

did you check the board for any bios updates related to compatibility or stability

Yeah my BIOS is up to date I will double check but this is just odd, like I said it will turn on and sit with one line in the middle of the screen for 2 minutes and then finish booting

Yeah it can be due to some form of incompatibility with that specific gpu and board.

the fact that it finishes the boot process despite a diagnostic led being on is pretty lucky all things considered

Yeah the light turns off after it boots, the motherboard is a MSI mrp z590 gaming Force with a 11900k I did a lot of research, said it should have been able to handle it, hopefully I can figure it out my BIOS is up to date so I'm not to sure what to do,
