you know any good video editing software? Price range is around max $550 US

Get adobe creative cloud if you plan to do couple of videos. It has everything you need and you can only pay for one month.

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania, Europe, Earth, Solar System, Local Interstellar Cloud, Local Bubble, Gould Belt, Orion Arm, Milky Way, Milky Way subgroup, Local Group, Virgo Supercluster, Laniakea, Pisces–Cetus Supercluster Complex, Observable universe, Universe.

But if you don't use it much you can save some money, have the best software available and more of it for less.

you can get this http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/vegaspro but adobe stuff is better (there is more of it and it gets updated for the same cost) and you get everything you will ever need in that package.
