Windows not booting blank screen

I installed windows after it installed it went blank so I restarted the pc then it said the computer restarted unexpectedly so I went into register went to child compilation changed setup value data to 3 restarted it it repaird it self then it just was a blank screen was showing a image but just blank then after 5 to 10 min I restarted the pc and now it turns on showing msi logo then it was acting like it was gonna show a error screen for the computer restarted unexpectedly but it is just blank someone please help
