it would be so cool if LTT would make a real fan that you can put in your pc, and maybe they can make collab with noctua because they already released a ltt edition cooler maybe they should also make a fan, but not like just putting an ltt logo on it. Maybe they can even make it with the ltt colors

Why?

The market is saturated with enough options already.

Except that theyve done it. It did fine but yeah, bummer that Noctua didnt carry on with just carrying an orange chromax dampers unlabeled as LTT collab.

because maybe they could make a collab with noctua and modify it

They did that already as @SorryClaireshowed above. I think Noctua has engineers who's job it is to design fans so i'd rather leave that to them. All LTT is going to do is add some colors which.. they already did.

The point remains, why does LTT doing a fan matter when there are so many good options already? They're not an engineering company who are going to be able to do it better so I don't understand why its necessary.

If LTT made a fan, it is very unlikely it would match the performance of the big players- all of whom are all only marginally better than one another.

And since they'd be new to the  game, they're going to be priced much higher than their high-volume competitors. Everyone loses.

They would have nothing to contribute to the fan market either unless they hire some extraordinarily talented engineers that can make breakthrough advancements in bearings and fluid dynamics.

I think you have the reading comprehension to understand that we're talking about an LTT-engineered fan, not an LTT collaborated colorway. The OP even already mentioned the Noctua collab in their post.

But If their engineers could make one of the best screwdrivers in the market, i think they can make a fan.

Their engineers didn't make the ratchet. It's licensed from Megapro. I don't know the amount of involvement LTT has with re-tuning it to their specifications, or if they just simply tell the ratchet manufacturer to re-tune it to however they like it.

Computer fans are already a solved problem. Every fan in the market does the same thing. They just do it at varying degrees of excellence, and the price tiers match the intended performance.

With respect to the screwdriver engineering, there were plenty of features that Linus and co specifically wanted and that no other screwdriver offered in a single, complete package. Their screwdriver isn't the best in any specific category, but it easily has the best feature-set.
