So about three months ago I tried to enable TPM and Secure Boot for my PC which I built (specs down below) and it wouldn't show me the ASUS Loading screen and instead jumped to windows, I also tried entering BIOS from advanced startup and it just did the same thing, after a few times restarting my computer started not connecting to my Monitor. I troubleshooted by switching monitors, Cables, and ports but no matter what I did the display was not detecting my PC but the computer was still working. So from here I took it into a shop and they plugged it in and it immediately started working when he connected it so I took it back to my place and it worked and my monitor detected the display. After working fine for a couple of months I tried again, this time I was able to enter the BIOS and found that TPM was already on but for some reason secure boot was set to Custom OS and Legacy Mode (This may have occurred cause when I built this PC I cloned my older 2017 Gaming PC's Boot Drive from an SSD onto my new M.2). After that I changed it back to UEFI and Standard Mode then saved the settings and then disaster struck. My PC would not turn on no matter what I did so I took it to a different shop and it wasn't powering on till they ran their diagnostics tool it randomly started working and the diagnostics tool found nothing. I again brought it home but it was still not powering on and only started working after I turned it on with the front panel removed and I remembered that the original problem I had also resolved after turning the computer on with the front panel removed. I thought the issue might be the power supply but the multimeter says its\'s functioning properly and it's working right now so while this might be crazy I think the issue might have something to do with the magnets on the Corsair 4000X front panel but I may be wrong (BTW I dislike this case in general because it has poor ventilation and it's difficult to build in). Anybody have any other theories about this let me know so I can try to troubleshoot before this happens again.

I had an issue not being able to get into my bios before too, cant remember what CAUSED it, but I remember jumping the cmos pin with a flathead AKA resetting cmos, worked for me.

Mine started up and allows me to enter BIOS now without ever having to jump the CMOS

Using the latest Bios?

Latest GPU firmware?

https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N3060AORUS-E-12GD-rev-10/support#support-dl-firmware

Does the same happen with XMP off?

Because that platform hardly supports 3600.
