Id get  cheap air cooler and a cheaper mobo. Then you can get a 3070 and a bit better of a cpu

I was thinking on CPU lines, thanks for the suggestion on GPU as well.

Like so:

Could squeeze in a 3070 for slightly more by dropping back to 3200Mhz RAM, a slower drive, and a B660 motherboard:

Or ofc can drop down to a 13400, that loses you 4 E-cores which do help in anything multicore (like final renders of your video projects, AFAIK they're not much of an assist during actual editing though, so if you're not pressed for time then it likely doesn't matter). I would not get an -F SKU though, if you use or plan to use Adobe stuff especially, as some of those apps leverage Intel QuickSync heavily (using the iGPU for en/decode tasks).

Budget (including currency): £1200 GBP

Country: United Kingdom

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minecraft, Video editing, CS-GO, Rainbow 6 and streaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I have a part list made here: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/SALTY_Shadows/saved/GvBLyc

I'm upgrading from Console gaming and decided not to go with a prebuilt as it takes the fun out of building a PC in my opinion.

Already have the peripherals ordered so not in budget

Im looking to buy the parts in 2-3 weeks

I have a 60hz Monitor and a 144hz monitor

Any help would be greatly appreciated
