Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I am upgrading from a gaming laptop (Intel Core i-5 10300H, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650, 8GB RAM), my peripherals are all already covered. All prices are from local computer parts stores except the case which I already have.

For one how is the case 0 euros and two you might be able to get a better cpu cooler

prices where i live are overly inflated for no reason so if i were to choose those exact same components the cost would be much bigger

Oh ok then go for the 6650 xt then instead but everything else should be better in your country as that brings down the price a bit

local Croatian computer stores, those are: Links, Hgspot and Instar. Mind you their sites are not in English and there is no language change option.
