What update? The creator WIPES all of Windows Update services. If OP wants a debloat thats less sketchy then id consider Revision instead, as they do keep most of Windows Update services so stores and certain drivers can self fetch during first installation, but the best route has always been to self-ameliorate. If you just want a very good potato OS, get Linux. Any distros even Ubuntu is still lighter than Windows, but of course it comes with all the Linux quirks you either loathe or liked.

Well the Tiny 11 B2 install i have on the old laptop installed some of the cumulative update and failed some of them so it tries to install some of them
