Original Xbox in pc?

Hi so i love retro and my xbox power supply is acting up so i have decided to made converter that can turn any atx power supply to 3.3v with volage down converter. I am designing it with Chinese factor, but what I need help is I have RM Series™ RM550 — 550 Watt 80 PLUS® Gold Certified Fully Modular PSU would be the 24 pin motherbord question is that 12v is that correct?
