Windows 0xc0000428 Error on startup?

Hey guys!

When I start my PC i keep getting this bluescreen with the error code 0xc0000428. After I shut down the PC a couple of times and try again it will randomly boot normal but next time I shut down my PC, the error might occur again. 

I've recently got new RAM since my old one produced errors in Memtest86 and windows memory diagnostics. The new one completes those tests tho 

But maybe it's still got something to do with that?
