Fonts Not Working

I installed a new font today that has 4 styles: Regular, Italic, Bold, Bold Italic. When I install the fonts I am only able to access 2 of them. If I go to the Fonts folder in my C drive only 2 of the fonts show up. If I select that font family and delete it, the other 2 fonts will take its place. However, if I go to Windows settings, navigate to fonts, and select the font I just installed it says that I have all 4 styles installed.

 

This is the first time I've ever had anything like this happen. Please help!

After installing font, does the issue go away after a reboot. If not try deleting font cache
