Underwater GoPro Live Preview and Recording

I've mounted serval gopro's to poles to watch deployments of products fall through the water. However, you have to be recording the whole time, I only need 15 seconds of video and I end up having to surf through GB's of footage to find it and deleting most of it.

 

I want to be able to have, for example, 4 GoPro's live feeds via USB-C fiber up to the surface into my computer into OBS. I know there is a plugin you can send power on and record commands to the gopro over USB, but I still have a battery problem.

 

All of this to say, is there a fiber+power solution that is around 50 ft? That would be perfect to power the GoPro and be able to stream the video feed to OBS at the same time.
