Boot loop and cannot get windows repair to actavate

It keeps giving me this and i’ve restarted a couple times during the boot loop it keeps doing I have not gotten any windows repair options what do help

try booting into safe mode and then repairing the corruption with opening cmd prompt and running      sfc /scannow

 

but really your only option might be a fresh install of windows
