Which GPU should I use

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minecraft (with shaders), Roblox, Google, Video and Photo editing 

Other details Trying to decide whether to wait for an RTX 4070 or spring a bit more for the amd RX 7900 XT what do you guys think? (any other gpu recommendations is also accepted I am not hard stuck on one of those)

Well since you do video editing, AMD is out of the question.

Sometimes 4070 Ti could be found right at $800, so go get that one,

Both of the cards you mentioned are kinda overkill for your tasks, but if you have the budget to ball out I’d say send it.
 

Keep an eye out for deals that were originally out of your price range. That’s my tip.

I don't do crazy special blender effects btw and mostly using for gaming and trying to see which one has better value
