Driver issues please help!

I cannot get no drivers to work on my PC for my ethernet I contacted MSI and they also could not help.. I freshly installed Windows and now this is happening would appreciate any advice I have downloaded the driver's directly from the manufacturers website and those that do not work.

Go to Device Manager

Find the section on "Network Adapters"

Find the device with either a ! mark or Triangle next to it (indicates a problem)

Right-click on the device and chose last option "Properties"

Click on the "Details" tab

Under dropdown box choose "Hardware IDs"

Post the FULL first line here, I'll find the right driver for you
