Temperatures looking odd

I am surfing the internet and i realize my cpu is at 23 degrees cel, and it seems weird because on bios I am at 40 c, and I am using a wraith stealth.

I try to be a human, but I cannot, because I have returned to monke.

The chipset is at 23C, the CPU itself is at 35C according to that reading. 

 

That said, I have no idea what software that is, and AMD CPUs in particular can cause funky readings with certain programs, so I personally wouldn't trust any software but HWINFO64 or Ryzen Master.
