Hi, I just overclocked my ryzen 5 1600AF to 4GHZ and a voltage of 1.55. I used AMD Ryzen Master to do this. Apparently the TDP for the  CPU is 65 Watts but mine is running at about 120w under a stress test and the temps are about 75 degrees celsius under a stress test with a 240mm Deepcool AIO.

Should I lower the Overclock or is it good just the way it is.

the AM4 socket is good for 142w so you are good there and 75c during a CPU stress test is very acceptable.  Voltage might be a bit high but nothing to worry about if the temperature is good ( it is ).  If its stable then keep it like this.

Are you sure 1.55v is needed for just 4ghz?

Think you are better off loosing 200-300mhz and running 1.3-1.35v instead cause once you start going over 1.4v diminishing returns kicks in hard, main concern being power efficiency

but if you dont mind your power bill being a tad high and you intend to replace the cpu in a year or so (ryzen 5 5500/5600 is pretty cheap) then i dont see any problems here, may aswell be an experiement to see how much volt 12nm can actually handle see how much it degrades, and not just break in period where it degrades 100mhz ish and doesnt degrade any further for awhile

So should I lower the voltage down to 1.4 or less? even though the temps are good?

For efficiency and preserving the cpus sake yes, 1.3-1.35v would be best efficiency

If you dont give a crap about efficiency or preserving the cpu then again no issues running 1.55v cause temps are good
