I have done a good amount of windows 11 updgrades(probably 30+) and didn't notice a signifant ram or perfmance difference. I have seen some other tests, and in most uses, performance is about the same. I'd go for the upgrade if you want to.

Since Windows 11 has had some time to marinate and get rid of some of the initial teething pain that was initially present, I don't think you'd notice a performance difference between Windows 10 and 11. Windows 11 seems to handle RAM distribution better than 10 in some cases as well, and some of the older workstations we've upgraded to 11 from 10 at my company actually seem to perform a bit better in normal desktop applications and general UI snappiness.

You may not notice an increase, but you definitely won't notice a decrease either.

Same, between 10 and 11 I've not (especially as of late) noticed any major differences in terms of resource usage or stability. If you have a lot of custom stuff disabled you might have a different time but generally that goes for 10 or 11 in my experience.
