Looking For Webcam Recommendations

I'm looking for recommendations for inexpensive good quality webcams, Is there anyone out the that can help?

I have found in my experience that a ring light will be much more effective than upgrading a webcam. The extra light does wonders and gives the puny sensor on most buget webcams so much more information to work with. It's got a manual focus, and with sufficient light it works quite well. I've never heard a complaint from anyone on the other end.
