Hi, I am having bad stuttering when I am in fullscreen mode in games. But if I change it to windowed mode then change it back to full screen the stuttering is gone. And these aren't fps drops because I am running older games like Sonic Generations and it is still there. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it? I have tried reinstalling drivers using clean install, uninstalling unnecessary programs, capping fps to 60 and other stuff that would be obvious. My specs are a GTX 780 SC ACX, an Intel i5 4670K, 3 case fans, and 8GB of RAM.

I tested it again today on Sonic and it didn't happen at all and it seems to only happen on Batman Arkham Origins. I am pretty sure the problem is related to the game itself.

Ahh yea after they patched  Batman Arkham Origins there been some issues with stuttering i heard...

tomb raider and crysis is some great test tools.. if you stuttering alot there. then somthing is worng.. but i guess not:)

Uh oh, I just tried Tomb Raider and I did get a tiny stutter while panning the camera but when I minimized it then went to full screen it was gone. This seems to be a problem now.

I am stupid, I just tested TR with MSI Afterburner and it was just dropping frame rate really fast when I was looking a certain direction. I lowered graphics and it stopped, The difference between that and Arkham Origins was in AO it didn't register it as a frame rate drop on any graphics settings.
