Weird text size

I recently built a pc and downloaded windows, my monitor only support 1024 x 768 and as such all the things on my montior are extremely cramped, i can only make it more zoomed in, i use an unactivated version of windows and i wonder if its my monitor or windows version that causes it to be like this.

Check display scaling on settings (Win + I shortcut)

You can also use ClearType setup to see if it improves things, but I'm not sure if we're talking about fringing or size.

That's a very low resolution for modern Windows. Are you saying your monitor supports nothing else, or that you can't pick anything else? In the second case you likely haven't installed the GPU drivers yet.

i left it on for a hour nothing happend, restartet it three times now it works
