Greetings

I have this question and don't know anymore how to ask google for an answer.

When retiring for the night, we shut down the desktop... a few minutes later, it has switched itself back on.

Long story short, we discovered if we unplug the network cable, the computer does not switch itself on.

In my long IT career, I am unable to solve this one. I have gone through every setting I could find regarding stand-by, network features, etc. Anyone with ideas?

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z690 Aorus Master

Router: Asus RT-AC1200G+

Thank you, searched and found how to change WOL, will make the changes and will reply soon 🙂

Edit: Disabled WOL in BIOS and Windows, so far Desktop is not switching on. 🙂 Never too old to learn 😄
