I recently built a new pc, it wouldnt give any signal no matter what. I tried with a diffrent gpu and it gave signal, so i need to buy a new GPU. I wonder what gpu (used is fine) could be bought for 200$ i do live in sweden so new GPUS are rougly 40% more expensive than in the USA. I have found a 1080 ti however as i dont know alot about the GPU market i dont know if thats a good amout of value

rx 580, i do have the power cables and a PSU to support it tho

I've never built a PC, but from the research I've just done, it seems that getting a new RX 580 could be your best option. If you have some extra budget and want a little more performance, an RX 6500-XT might be a good choice.

Take all of this with a grain of salt as I have no experience PC building.

Anything around the 3060 performancewise should be a good choice and your 1080 ti is indeed around

Id say definitely go with something more modern, you never know when Nvidia might stop support for the 1080ti,

look for 3060 or 6600xt or better, should be around your price range, Even if a GPU cant use DLSS most can use FSR2, I wouldn't consider DLSS a selling point though, It can be handy if you play 4K and expect to use ultra settings but in this card class you shouldn't be doing that anyway

Ryzen 5800X3D(Because who doesn't like a phat stack of cache?) GPU - 7700Xt

                                                           X470 Strix f gaming, 32GB Corsair vengeance, WD Blue 500GB NVME-WD Blue2TB HDD, 700watts EVGA Br

~Extra L3 cache is exciting, every time you load up a new game or program you never know what your going to get, will it perform like a 5700x or are we beating the 14900k today? 😅~

ive been looking and the cheapest 3060 i can find is over 300$ , this is on ebay. On my local places it costs above 400$. On my local markets it very rare with amd cards and on ebay they are extremely over priced. All newer cards are far rarer and more expensive  than the 1080 ti or such so ill prob stay on the 1080 ti

If you're 40% more expensive new, then used 5700XT should be under 200 even with prices being higher?

Another option to look at.

Did you RMA or return your nonworking GPU?  Should be under warranty.

Most used offers are expensive but they stay expensive while the cheap ones get bought. If you want cheap you should have time on your hands and be ready.

I guess used is also 40% more expensive in sweden though.

I guess also most of the crypto wagon is already through.

Around here eBay isn't the best platform for used, you probably have local better ones.

For lower end GPUs or just older ones yes, else no
