Ok about 2 weeks ago my PSU burned out so It took Amazon 2 weeks to get me one. So I get the power supply then my CMOS battery died so I couldn't access Bios. So I waited another week on a watch battery basically. Then everything was together and hit power and my boot priority was changed for some reason. Now I can't save any os files on any drives because one reason or another. Do I need to just reformat the c drive or the d drive? D drive is
