Something like this will be much better, for both coding and gaming. Also includes a case, which your list does not.

I am questioning the ssd + HDD combo when for $10 more you can just get a 2tb nvme:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BMTSBB7Y
of similar overall spec to a WD blue nvme, not fancy but still fast

And then that is way too much money to be spending on a CV450, if you’re going low end psu just get the thermaltake smart, spending $60 on a CV450 is nuts when the 600w smart is $44

https://www.amazon.com/Thermaltake-Certified-Continuous-Active-PS-SPD-0600NPCWUS-W/dp/B014W3EMAO

Finally the gpu, the RX6400 is a questionable choice when if you’re on a budget, you can get much better gpus used:

a 1080 will run circles around an rx 6400, and they cost the same

i specifically recommend if you’re build old gpus to buy good models of old gpus or ones with hard power limits like that Zotac mini, pascal is a pretty safe generation to buy used in general though

Maybe if you specify country first, we wouldve used Indian pricing straight instead of doing this workaround.

Also, elaborate on the acronym ML? If its what im thinking, dont. Continue running it on bare metal. Every emulator runs that game like trash, even on proper computer setup.

Wherever you are avoid the 6400 GPU it's crap..

Get a 6600 or an A350

Okay thank god. Then in that case, i agree with @PDifolco take and going with Arc, even if its unstable. The tensor core built in would help machine learning more than the raw parallel cores in the 6400.

If possible, you'd be better with a nvidia gpu. AMD has NO support whatsoever to ML stuff, and while you can manage with Intel, the experience is far more seamless with Nvidia.

On the other hand, if you're just starting (since you were not aware of that), google colab should be a better place for you to do ML.

Just getting an Nvidia card would help as well, and probably be a little more stable than Arc.

Even a higher end GTX 10-series card should still be plenty for someone starting out in AI/ML.
