Hi there! I have a weird problem and i can't figure out how to fix it.

I have a dual monitor setup using display port and hdmi. Whenever my pc turns off the screens after some time of inactivity, the one connected via hdmi stays off and says no signal. Turning it on and off does nothing, weirdly doing the same with power strip doesn't work as well. However usually unplugging the screen power cable fixes the problem, sometimes reconnecting the hdmi works. I have updated all possible drivers, tried finding something on google and couldn't. The only one thing that solves the problem is setting it to never turn off the screen, but sometimes I need to keep the pc running overnight and it's a little annoying.

My specs:

Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F
UEFI, American Megatrends Inc. 5.12, 3/11/2019
Ram: 16.0 GB

Nvidia 1660

you can set monitors to never turn off.

I've had similar that was mostly RAM instability. But honestly, sleep mode is not good for machines and some absolutely do not like it.

I don't badmouth others' input, I'd appreciate others not badmouthing mine. *** More below ***
