You have to tell us what the issue is if you want anyone to be able to help you… and some background info on troubleshooting steps you already tried etc.

idk how to to say it im trying to play modded minecraft and i have a pc hosting it and i cant connect to it i installed the server mod and the server try to open i did not to troubleshooting yet  bc i dont know that to do this is my first time doing something like this

You'll have to set up port forwarding on your router and give your friends your external IP address. Just giving your friends your PC's internal IP address (192.168.x.x, 10.x.x.x. etc) won't work unless they bring their PCs over to your place.
